Berglund & Johnson was founded in 1982 by David W. Berglund and Daniel W. Johnson, two attorneys united by a shared commitment to faith, advocacy, and service.
David W. Berglund’s legacy, shaped by his background in military service, law enforcement, and trial advocacy, helped establish the firm's foundation of disciplined and compassionate representation, a standard that continues today.
Daniel W. Johnson remains an active leader of the firm, continuing the tradition of thorough preparation, principled advocacy, and unwavering dedication to those facing serious injury and loss.
